ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION

INDESPRO FABRICADOS S.L.U. has a certified Management Quality System, according to ISO 9001:2015, since 2011. The scope of the certification is : DESIGN. MANUFACTURING AND SELLING OF REAR-VIEW MIRRORS FOR TWO AND THREE WHEELS MOTOR VEHICLES AND QUADRICYCLES. PARTS PRODUCED BY PLASTIC INJECTION, BAR TURNING AND METAL FORMING.

By this system Management Quality system, we aim to achieve a significant evolution in the company by providing our customers with a high quality service that meets their needs.

 

To achieve our goals set a quality policy that will be present in all levels of the company to enable a continuous improvement in our processes and in the skills of our employees.

QUALITY POLICY OF INDESPRO FABRICADOS, S.L.U.

 

The Quality Policy is based on meeting the needs of our customers, meeting their requirements and trying to exceed their expectations for the activities related to the scope of the system "DESIGN. MANUFACTURING AND SELLING OF REAR-VIEW MIRRORS FOR TWO AND THREE WHEELS MOTOR VEHICLES AND QUADRICYCLES. PARTS PRODUCED BY PLASTIC INJECTION, BAR TURNING AND METAL FORMING". For all that, INDESPRO Management knows that it is essential to have a competent staff, trained and involved in achieving the objectives and committed to the company and therefore with our customers.

 

As primary and permanent goals, we include:

 

  • Ensure proper service to our clients based on their requirements and our best management practices.
  • Continuous improvement of our processes by collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance with current legislation applicable to all activities of the company.

 

To achieve the points above, the Management of INDESPRO FABRICADOS, S.L.U. undertakes to promote the following:

 

  • Consider customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal of all our processes.
  • Establish quality goals and objectives consistent with the purposes of the company and reviewable at least annually.
  • Disseminate and publicize the quality policy.
  • Adopt the working methods and the enhancements available economically, promoting responsibility and sensitivity to the commitment of continuous quality improvement.
  • Plan and develop actions aimed at reducing the “non-quality” costs and improving productivity.
  • Promoting best practice for energy optimization and environmental protection.

 

The Management assumes responsibility and commitment for the availability of the necessary resources to carry out such activities, expecting that all staff, whatever their role or job, to share this commitment to quality, in strict compliance with guidelines marked throughout the System Quality Management based on the requirements of UNE EN ISO 9001:2015.

TESTING LABORATORY

In order to ensure the highest quality in our products, we have an “in-site” testing laboratory where components and finished products are checked by various tests such the following:

 

- Measurement of kneecap torque.

- System kneecap stress.

- Salt spray chamber.

- Mirrors Operating temperature.

- Degradation

- Water retention in the housing.

- Deformation of glass mirror image.

- Breaking Compression of the mirror glass.

- Anchoring to the vehicle.

- Dimensional control.

- Radius of curvature of the mirror glass.

- Behaviour on impact.

- Painting.

- Fidelity of regulation during the bending of the mirror (for models with ball-joint memory).

 

 

R&D DEPARTAMENT

Our R&D and Technical Department, developed and evolved over our long experience, is also a key element in all our projects, being able to develop solutions adapted to each client’s requirements.
