QUALITY POLICY OF INDESPRO FABRICADOS, S.L.U.

 

The Quality Policy is based on meeting our clients’ needs, fulfilling their requirements, and striving to exceed their expectations in all activities related to the scope of the system:

«DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, AND SALE OF REARVIEW MIRRORS FOR TWO- AND THREE-WHEELED MOTOR VEHICLES AND QUADRICYCLES. MANUFACTURE OF PARTS THROUGH PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING, BAR TURNING, AND METAL FORMING.» To achieve this, the management of INDESPRO FABRICADOS, S.L.U. recognizes the necessity of having competent, trained, and engaged personnel who are committed to the company and, by extension, to our clients.

 

Our primary and ongoing objectives include:

 

  • Ensuring services that meet client requirements and are based on best management practices.
  • Continuously improving our processes by collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Complying with all current legal regulations applicable to the company’s activities.

 

To achieve the above, the management of INDESPRO FABRICADOS, S.L.U. commits to the following actions:

  • Establishing quality objectives and targets aligned with the company’s goals, reviewed at least annually.
  • Promoting and communicating the quality policy throughout the organization.
  • Adopting economically viable work methods and improvements while encouraging accountability and awareness of our commitment to continuous quality improvement.
  • Planning and executing initiatives aimed at reducing non-quality costs and increasing productivity.
  • Promoting best practices for energy optimization and environmental protection.

 

Management assumes full responsibility and commitment to provide the necessary resources to carry out these activities and expects all personnel, regardless of role or position, to share this commitment to quality, strictly adhering to the guidelines established in the Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
