The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except: to subsidiaries and/or companies belonging to the same corporate group as the Data Controller, where applicable; or in cases where disclosure is required by law.

The data will be retained for a general period of two (2) years, after which it will be deleted, ensuring full respect for confidentiality during both processing and destruction. Likewise, if your profile is not of interest to the company, the data will be deleted immediately, ensuring the same level of confidentiality.
