1. Polypropylen (PP)
- Low density and light weight.
- Good impact resistance.
- Ease of processing.
2. ABS
- Excellent surface finish of the parts.
- High impact resistance.
- Parts can be chrome plated.
3. POM
- It resists traction, compression and bending, ideal for parts that have a mechanical use.
- Low friction, useful for parts that work in motion.
- Dimensional stability in temperature variations
4. Polycarbonate (PC)
- They are impact resistant and have good mechanical properties.
- Its high heat resistance makes it suitable for high service temperatures.
5. Polyamide (PA)
- It has excellent resistance to wear and abrasion.
- It is ideal for mechanical use, withstanding high loads without deformation.
- Properties can be increased by adding additives.
Technical characteristics of injection molding machines
We have at our customers’ disposal a plastic injection section composed of thirteen horizontal machines ranging from 90 to 485 T, with injection loads from 140 to 1800 g, where parts of varied sizes, textures and colors can be injected.
