Lathes
▶ Bar Turning
Used to cut or shape small, detailed components with precision.

This process reduces the cross-section of a part to meet specific dimensional requirements.
▶ Calibrated Rod Bending
The lathe is adjusted to deform the rod using a tool that applies force to bend it. Parameters such as speed and angles are calibrated to achieve precision parts.
▶ Thread Rolling
Threading is formed on a rod using rollers that displace material, generating the desired thread shape without cutting.
