Prototyping, 3D printing and scanning
We offer fast and precise solutions for the development of custom prototypes, using 3D scanning technology to capture exact design details. With our 3D printer, we create functional models in reduced timeframes. This approach allows us to validate concepts, conduct tests, and optimize designs before final production, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Plastic injection
We have plastic injection machinery capable of efficiently producing high-precision, high-quality parts in large volumes. All injection processes are carried out under the supervision of our skilled technical professionals.
Preeses
Our press section is equipped with up to seven machines capable of performing die cutting, punching, stamping, deep drawing, and engraving operations.
Lathes
In our lathe section, we carry out bar turning operations including turning, grooving, bending of calibrated rods, and thread rolling
Welding
Plastic-injected parts and metal-formed components can be subsequently joined together,either through a secondary injection molding process or in our welding section, which includes MIG-MAG welding,TIG welding, and spot welding.
Dip Coating
We offer our customers a full dip coating line and curing oven for metal parts, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards.
