Prototyping, scanning and 3D printing
We propose agile and precise solutions for the development of customized prototypes, using 3D scanner technology to capture exact details of the designs and using the 3D printer we create functional models in reduced times. This approach allows us to validate concepts, test and optimize designs before final production, ensuring maximum efficiency and satisfaction for our customers.
Plastic injection
We have plastic injection machinery, capable of producing high precision and quality parts in copious quantities in an efficient way. The injection processes are conducted under the control of our technical professionals.
Prees
We have up to 7 presses in our press section, which perform die-cutting, punching, stamping, embossing and engraving works.
Lathe
In the lathe section, we perform bar turning, recessing, bending of calibrated rods and thread rolling.
Weld
Plastic injection molded parts and metal formed parts can then be combined and joined together either by a new process on the injection molding machines or in the MIG-MAG, TIG and spot welding section.
Dip painting
We provide our customers with a line and an immersion painting oven for metal parts, which comply with the most demanding quality guarantees.
